The Pilanesberg Wildlife Trust (PWT) was established in 1999 to provide a medium through which contributions can be made to further conservation and social upliftment. The PWT is a non-profit organisation and is registered with the South African Institute of Fundraising.

Should you feel any products warrant a return, please contact us directly and we will review the request. Items cannot be returned through the website and will need to be arranged directly with the Trust Manager and the Retail Manager.  

Orders can either be collected directly from the PWT offices in Pilanesberg National Park, or you can choose to have your order shipped to you. Please select the relevant option at check-out. 

We currently offer domestic shipping within South Africa using The Courier Guy. All shipping and courier costs are at the expense of the buyer, and are not included in the price of the products listed on the website. Orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days of receiving payment. Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs. Depending on your delivery address, delivery will be within 5 working days of the order being collected by the driver. 

Please Note: it is your responsibility to ensure shipping details are provided correctly and accurately, and Pilanesberg Wildlife Trust and Pilanesberg National Park cannot be held liable for any packages lost or any incorrect shipping information provided. The PWT is a facilitator of this shipping service, any queries relating to shipping policies and courier services need to be directed to The Courier Guy. All care is taken to project your items during packaging. 

After your order is placed and has been collected by the courier for delivery, you will be provided with a tracking number which can be used to follow up with your delivery directly through the courier service.
